Why I Love This Work
Working with kids is my passion, I love how they see the world and helping them on their journey of development. I also love to hike and be outdoors. Combining that the serene and peaceful feeling and additude, the sense of adventure and exploration youth have when they get into the wilderness is a joy to see.

Why I Love This Work:
I get to learn right along with the kids. We do special programming all the time - yoga and mindfulness, mycology, plant identification, history… I'm an experienced hiker, but I never leave a TW hike without some new piece of knowledge.

Why I Love This Work:
I enjoy the work that I do because not only are we introducing youth to nature and the wonderful things that it offers but we’re also creating bonds and making friendships that people will remember for their lifetimes. Also, setting a precedent to preserve nature all around us.
